Maestro Initiative grew out of conversations with local small-business owners who asked me to help clear the bottlenecks and constraints slowing their operations. That is still how I approach every engagement.

I start by learning what the company does, how the team works, what it needs, and where work gets stuck. From there, I recommend and build the right combination of software, automation, data integration, and AI for those needs. Sometimes an existing product is the right answer. Other times, the better approach is connecting the tools already in place or building something focused around the workflow.
